Garage Door Repair

Garage Door Spring Repair & Replacement
A broken torsion spring is the single most common garage door failure, and the one you should not attempt yourself. Springs hold hundreds of pounds of stored tension.
Single torsion spring replacement typically runs $185–$345; a matched pair costs less than two separate visits.
Garage Door Opener Repair & Installation
Chain, belt, screw and wall-mount openers. We repair the unit you have when it is worth repairing, and tell you plainly when it isn't.
Opener repairs commonly run $135–$295; a new belt-drive opener installed starts around $425.
Emergency Garage Door Repair
Car trapped inside. Door stuck wide open overnight. Broken spring at 5am before work. We answer the phone around the clock and dispatch the same day.
After-hours dispatch is a flat add-on, quoted on the call before we roll.
Garage Door Cable Repair & Off-Track Service
When a lift cable frays or jumps its drum, the door goes crooked and comes off the track. Forcing it from there bends the sections.
Cable and off-track service usually runs $145–$325.
Garage Door Installation
New construction, a second bay, or a door that has simply reached the end. Steel, insulated steel, carriage-house and full-view aluminium.
A single-car door installed typically starts near $950; insulated double doors commonly land $1,850–$3,400.
Garage Door Replacement
Replacing a door that is cracked, rusted, dented beyond a panel swap, or 25 years past its spring cycle rating.
Replacement doors installed commonly run $1,100–$3,600 depending on size, insulation and glass.
Commercial Garage Door Repair & Installation
Rolling steel, sectional overhead, high-lift and dock doors. A door that won't open is a business that can't load.
Commercial work is quoted per door after a site look; emergency dispatch is available.
Garage Door Tune-Up & Maintenance
A 25-point service that quiets a noisy door and catches the parts that are about to fail. Cheaper than the emergency call it prevents.
A full tune-up is typically $89–$149 per door.
Garage Door Panel & Roller Replacement
A reversed-into door doesn't always need replacing. If the sections are sound and the model is still made, a panel swap costs a fraction of a new door.
Single panel replacement commonly runs $285–$650 including the panel.
